Delivery and Returns

 
Delivery & Carriage Charges

Tracked delivery is included to mainland UK: England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

If the clock you have ordered is already made, and we are home to process the order, then it will be dispatched within two working days.

However, there are times when we will be away (potentially creating more clocks), we will endeavour to update the website with appropriate information on how this might affect delivery time.

​Clocks that are made to order will typically take 10-15 working days; we will do our best to communicate delivery expectations on receipt of purchase or enquiry.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for re-delivery.

Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery, or ourselves within a reasonable time.

Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. Please tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

 

 

 

 

Cancellation and Returns

 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or complete the online form. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel you must return the goods, at your own expense, within 14 days of cancellation, ideally in the original packaging to help protect the clock. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

We will refund all monies paid to us by you within 30 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We are unable to accept returns for any items which have been personalised or modified to your specification.

Faulty Goods / Guarantee

If there is a problem with your clock, please notify us using the online form, providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the clock for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

A two year warranty on all clocks is provided, in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. Proof and date of purchase will be required.

If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge.

We will send you an empty clock box (if you no longer have the original packaging) for you to return your clock.

On inspection of the returned clock, if it is indeed found to be faulty, we will refund your reasonable postage costs.
